My client is recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator, where you'll play a key role in supporting their sales operations and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and be an integral part of their success story.
Work independently while enjoying the support of a collaborative team. You'll receive comprehensive training, including on the SAP system, directly from our Sales Office Manager. This office-based role offers a work schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break, and 28 days of holiday and paying £24,000pa
Sales Support Administrator Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Be the first point of contact for customer calls, providing quick and effective resolutions.
Address and solve customer queries related to invoices, deliveries, and other issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Order and Specification Management:
Accurately compile specifications and maintain company records.
Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices with precision.
Work closely with the Operations Director and Production Department to verify accurate lead times for orders. Sample and Artwork Coordination:
Ensure timely dispatch of manufactured samples and manage follow-ups efficiently.
Oversee artwork requests, liaising continuously with customers and the Production Department until approval is secured.
Building Customer Relationships:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, offering expert advice and assistance to secure and grow profitable business.
Regularly reach out to customers via phone and email to prompt for new orders, provide quotes, and ensure their needs are met.
Product Knowledge and Quality Assurance:
Develop a deep understanding of our full product range, including materials and presentations.
Adhere to and be knowledgeable about all relevant sections of the company’s Quality Manual and operating procedures.
General Duties:
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and company objectives.
