SEND LSA Role & Responsibilities:

* Supporting students with SEND across the primary age group
* Running key interventions to support learning
* Strong behaviour management.
* Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored lessons and activities for students

SEND LSA Non-negotiables:

* Previous experience supporting SEND
* Experience working within a primary aged setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy and a passion for supporting children with SEND
