This role is working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm with some flexibility required.

Your role

You'll be responsible for leading an established team of Cleaning & Security professionals on this large industrial facility. You will be responsible for circa 25 soft services professionals. You'll be an advocate for continuous improvement across your team. You will ensure SLA's and KPI's are being hit and your team is running an effective FM service.

About you

* Previous experience of managing Cleaning & Security Contracts and a thorough understanding of strict SLA's & KPI's.
* Experience of leading teams of cleaning & security staff.
* You'll be a confident and effective communicator - client satisfaction is a huge priority on these contracts.
* An organised and proactive attitude.
* Holder of full UK Driving Licence.

Experience managing industrial/manufacturing/logistics contracts is highly desirable.
