We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity, a Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join a digital marketing agency that helps businesses embrace innovation and work to very strong values: - honesty, creating a healthy work/life balance, they take pride in what they do and always look for new or better ways to do things. The Digital Marketing Data Analyst will assist their clients with the collection and crucially the analysis of their marketing data.

You must Have

• Highly organised and excellent communication skills

• Highly literate and numerate with excellent attention to detail

• They require you to have passed the Google Analytics for Beginners course and preferably also done the Advanced Google Analytics course

• You will have an advanced understanding of Google Tag Manager, and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS Selectors and JavaScript

• They also require you to have experience working on client website’s and understand the connection between the data and the website

• You will understand digital marketing activities, platforms, and campaigns

• You will be educated to A-level or equivalent with a very high standard of written English and be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (and Google/Mac equivalents)

• You will have an enthusiasm for digital marketing and a desire to understand and learn as much as possible

• Adore implementing new processes that make a real difference (they love a process champion)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple clients

Willing to learn:

• Further your knowledge on digital marketing campaign strategy and website UX and CRO

• It would be useful (not essential) if you had experience of creating visual reports using Databox or Google Looker Studio

The right individual will have a foundational understanding of core digital marketing platforms and campaigns across Google (Search) and social media. Your core responsibility will be to create and present performance reports and crucially analyse the data to provide unique insights, opinions, and observations on the data to share with the marketing team. These insights and opinions will in turn direct marketing strategy and recommendations provided to their clients.
