Adecco Public Sector's notable NHS client are currently recruiting for a Principal Analyst for an initial 6 month contract that's OUTSIDE IR35.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing analytical support in determining future pressures and key deliverables.
• Leading the analytical work within Divisions to assess capacity and demand for each clinical service, identifying areas of service pressure and undertaking gap analysis.
• Providing detailed analysis to model demand, resources, and throughput to ensure appropriate balance of provision and identify variances between supply and demand.
• Leading analysis issues related to the RTT (Referral to Treatment) programme and its delivery, as well as patient mapping and its implications.
• Assisting the Division in interpreting available data and providing judgments on actual performance and operational plans using predictive modelling techniques.
• Providing expert knowledge, analytics, and reporting pertaining to services across the organisation.
• Proactively solving problems through deep analytics and insight, incorporating data science techniques and statistics.
• Delivering regular information reports and analysis to members of the Divisional team on key clinical and performance indicators.
• Supporting the Trust's corporate information requirements and ensuring high-quality information is supplied within deadlines.
• Being the primary source of informatics expertise for the Division and providing a balanced corporate viewpoint.

Qualifications:

• NHS experience is essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in healthcare or a similar industry is preferred.
