- Ability to engage with customers, educate them on tech, best practices, and advice on new areas where value can be added.
- Experience in Senior-level IT Management and leadership within a Cloud environment
- Ability to inspire, lead and give guidance to technical and non-technical teams in IT operational environments.
- Strong customer-facing experience.

- Ability to lead technical experts in a reasonable & logical manner to explore all solutions to business challenges.
