Hours: 38.5 hours Monday to Friday

Our client is an internationally recognised distributor of Volvo Construction Equipment is seeking an experienced sales advisor to join their used parts team in Bruntingthorpe.

The role:

Providing exceptional service to customers you’ll be processing customer orders and contacting them to discuss any additional needs. You’ll be assisting colleagues and customers with:

* technical specifications

* parts suitability

* sales enquiries

* providing stock updates

* processing invoices

Requirement:

* Technical understanding of construction equipment or heavy machinery

* Experience in a vehicle parts/service environment or are/has been a vehicle Technician or Mechanic

* Have strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills

* Be confident using a variety of IT-based applications and systems and sales software

* Have access to transport as there are no public transport links to our site on Bruntingthorpe
