Archway Talent Solutions are proud to present this excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a well-established care organisation with an excellent reputation. The Nursing Home will provide exceptional care in Great Yarmouth, and will be a specialist care service caring for people who requiring nursing, residential and dementia care.

Home Manager Requirements

* Nurse qualified (RGN, RMN) with up to date Clinical Skills - Desirable but not essiential

* The successful candidate will have significant experience and knowledge in the field of dementia care

* Must have previous Home Manager experience

* Must have a hands on leadership approach and be involved in all aspects of the running of the home on a day to day basis

* Completed Registered Managers Award or equivalent - Desirable

* Have a good understanding of CQC Regulations

* Have the ability to build and lead a successful team

* The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service.

* The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, network with the local community, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard.
