Lead Mechanical Design Engineer - South Yorkshire - up to £60,000 + Benefits

I am currently recruiting for a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to work for a leading engineering organisation based in South Yorkshire. Salary up to £60,000 + Benefits,

The organisation is a world leading engineering organisation that operate at the forefront of their market. They have over 160 people on site and deliver their unique product range nationwide and across the globe.

To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they the need to recruit for a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer you will be responsible for designing products from concept through to manufacture. You will also be responsible for monitoring the installation and commissioning of the final product.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 5 years design experience
3D CAD experience (Ideally Inventor or Solidworks)
Experience designing rotating machinery - gears, motors, bearings etcDesirable Requirements
