This role would suit a qualified Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or an experienced Paralegal with specific Residential Conveyancing experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a brilliant team undertaking quality work. For the right person, there will be the opportunity to progress to Partner.

Residential Conveyancer responsibilities:

Running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from initial instruction to completion to include purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity

Providing quality advice to clients

Undertaking some business development and networking opportunities

Residential Conveyancer requirements:

You will be a qualified Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or an experienced Paralegal with experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing

You will be able to run your own caseload from initial instruction to completion

You will be motivated and ambitious

You will have strong communication skills

Ideally, you will have local connections and a desire to build relationships with referrers, agents and the local community
