About you:

Minimum 2 years of business development experience
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Proven track record of exceeding KPIs in a target-driven environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Previous healthcare experience is advantageous
Personable and enjoys building relationships with team members and clients
About the role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for growing a client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities through various sales techniques
Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to foster trust and loyalty
Identifying local recruitment opportunities to support team expansion
Collaborating with the branch manager to implement and execute growth strategies
