£80,000 basic salary + benefits
We are working with a leading developer and manufacturer for the Semi-conductor industry. They have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability, Health & Safety Manager to join their team in Bristol.
The Sustainability, Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for:
Take ownership of the development, implementation, and management of the site sustainability strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Divisional and Business Area Sustainability teams
Manage the site sustainability program, ensuring alignment with global standards & Global/local organisational goals.
Regularly report on progress against the site sustainability roadmap to stakeholders.
Develop and manage the internal audit plan and process in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, working towards an integrated SHEQ approach.
The Sustainability, Health & Safety Manager will have:
Level 6 Diploma or degree level in Occupational health and safety or chartered membership of IOSH.
Able to demonstrate success in leading a climate change and decarbonisation strategies with knowledge of setting and reporting on science-based targets.
Experience of leading a programme of projects focused on carbon reduction, waste reduction, water usage and bio-diversity.
Membership of professional body IEMA, IOSH.
