This role involves overseeing analytical activities for in-process control samples and product testing using techniques such as HPLC, GC, and NMR. You'll lead projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure all tasks align with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on technical leadership for projects.
* Conduct lab analyses and interpret data.
* Mentor junior team members and support client interactions.
