Location: Great Yarmouth
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

We are working on behalf of a highly respected consultancy to find a driven Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with 1-2 years’ experience looking to take the next step in their career, with clear progression pathways and full support toward professional accreditation (ICE or IStructE).
About the Role:
You will play a hands-on role in the structural design process, working closely with senior engineers and directors to deliver innovative and effective design solutions. This role offers exposure to a variety of projects, allowing you to further develop your technical skills across steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare structural design calculations by hand and through engineering software
Design in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures
Create project drawings and specifications using AutoCAD (experience with 3D modelling is beneficial)
Collaborate with senior engineers on delivering project outcomes What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng, BEng, BSc)
1-2 years’ structural design experience within a consultancy environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
A full UK driving license and access to your own transport Experience with roads and drainage design, as well as 3D modelling, would be an advantage but is not essential.
