Responsibilities

Analyze production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.

Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times for tasks and processes.

Develop and implement processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions to operational challenges.

Utilize data analysis techniques to monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management.

Design and maintain layout of equipment and workspaces to maximize efficiency and safety.

Participate in project management initiatives and ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Proficiency in statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse teams.

Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
