We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in delivering the best possible healthcare services. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that operations run smoothly, and communications flow efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive team.

Assist with the organization of meetings and events, including logistics and documentation.

Serve as a liaison between the executive team and staff members, fostering positive relationships.

Be a vital part of a team committed to enhancing the health and wellbeing of our community!

Requirements

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or higher in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
