About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for driving overall customer success and retention through product adoption, cultivating deep customer relationships. The ideal candidate for this role is open to lending a hand in a number of different facets of the business. Responsibilities:

Manage a book of ~125 Core accounts in our downmarket segment

Execute successful renewals and own the commercial relationship with your customers, finding opportunities to expand our existing relationships

Deeply understand your customers’ goals, and tailor your engagements to your customers based on factors such as Asset Class, target investor profile, use case, project timelines, previous experience in fundraising, etc.

Drive adoption of new and existing functionality in the FINTRX system through proactive and consultative support

Identify and execute on expansion opportunities within your book of business

Work with a strong sense of urgency to meet and exceed daily/monthly/quarterly KPIs, and document interactions with customers

Contribute to the development of client facing resources, including our Knowledge Center, webinars, tutorial videos, and other media

Requirements

Experience in or strong working knowledge of the wealth management industry

1-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Sales, or related within SaaS, Fintech, or financial services

Scrappy, resourceful, and a creative problem solver when discovering the business needs of the customers, and understanding how FINTRX plugs into the bigger picture

Proficiency in Excel, GSuite, and other related software

Must be able to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail, documentation and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines

Strong teamwork and collaborative skills

This role requires a high level of organization, detail orientation, urgency, and an unrelenting pursuit of customer value. You will be expected to operate nimbly and adjust to changing customer needs, all while driving decisions that have implications and impact at the intersection of our customers, our business, and yourself.
