We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Product Release Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Product and the teams responsible for merging changes, building releases and delivering changes to our apps. Your mission will be to ensure that product priorities, set by the Product Director and Product Managers, are respected and that release operations run smoothly and on time.

What You'll Do

Facilitate Release Operations: Oversee the end-to-end release process, ensuring that priorities set by Product Managers are adhered to during build and release cycles.

Coordinate Between Teams: Act as the point of contact between the Product team and the engineering/QA teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Monitor Release Progress: Track the status of releases, ensuring that merges and builds occur in line with agreed priorities and timelines.

Enforce Prioritization: Ensure that the tasks and changes prioritized by Product leadership are respected throughout the development and release process.

Resolve Conflicts: Address and resolve any misalignments or blockers between teams, ensuring releases move forward without disruption.

Improve Efficiency: Continuously refine release processes, integrating feedback and leveraging automation to reduce manual overhead.

Sign Off on Builds: Ensure that all builds are properly tested and validated before final release, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.

Who You Are

You have a Computer Science or Business Administration Bachelor degree, or equivalent work experience.

Domain Knowledge: You understand best practices for the release management lifecycle.

Skilled at Coordination: You excel at working with multiple teams to keep releases on track, ensuring that product priorities are executed as planned.

Assertive Communicator: You can navigate between technical teams and product leadership, keeping both sides aligned and informed.

Process-Driven: You are committed to streamlining the release process, reducing friction, and improving overall operational efficiency.

Detail-Oriented: You pay close attention to the finer details, ensuring that releases meet all requirements and that nothing slips through the cracks.

Problem Solver: You’re proactive in identifying potential issues in the release process and take action to mitigate risks before they impact delivery.

Organized: You can manage complex timelines and ensure tasks are completed in the right order, according to priority.

Technically Adept: You understand modern CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
