Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls promptly, greet customers courteously, and maintain a professional demeanor throughout interactions.

Verify customer identities by requesting necessary personal information and ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols.

Listen attentively to customers, demonstrating empathy to understand their needs and concerns effectively.

Provide comprehensive information about bank policies, products, and services, assisting with online banking processes as needed.

Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly by analyzing account history and transaction records.

Job Skills/Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking or financial services.

Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using computer systems, phone systems, and relevant software applications.

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Pay Range

$18-$19/hour.
