Customer Service Administrator
£25,000 p.a.
Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Location: Whitstable

What You will Do:
* Customer Orders: Manage customer orders from start to delivery, ensuring products are available on time.
* Customer Queries: Promptly handle enquiries about orders, shipping arrangements, and collection/delivery dates, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Professional Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers by providing clear, accurate information and supporting product-related queries.
* Order Documentation: Use customer portals to identify and track orders, booking freight collections, and monitoring deliveries.
* Shipping & Export: Support export customers with shipping documentation and ensure timely, accurate information is provided.
* Finance Support: Work with the Finance and Sales teams to keep customers within their credit facilities and payment terms.
* Continuous Improvement: Work alongside the Team Leader to update work instructions and ensure all systems are current.
About You:
* Customer Focused: You are committed to delivering excellent customer service, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in a structured environment, where attention to detail is key. You can maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ERP systems (full training will be given), customer portals, and standard tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Team Player: While you’re capable of working independently, you enjoy being part of a supportive team and contributing to its success.
* Strong Communicator: Whether by phone or email, you excel at building strong customer relationships and providing clear information.
* Adaptable & Methodical: You can stay calm and methodical, even in fast-moving situations, handling tasks with precision.
