Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum guidelines and educational standards
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Teach various subjects, such as math, science, language arts, and social studies
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Experience:
- QTS (qualified teaching status)
- Experience working with primary school-aged children
- Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
