Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Tax Analyst to join our team! As the Senior Property Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation and filing of property tax returns, business licensing, and other compliance duties for all retail locations within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

File personal property tax returns, on a timely basis.

Manage property tax obligations, including coordinating, tracking and processing payments.

Review, monitor, and respond to all taxing jurisdictions inquiries regarding property taxes and support audits.

Integrate property tax software and assist with forecasting property tax liabilities.

Review all assessments identify opportunities for costs savings, including appeals.

This position requires 3 days per week onsite presence in office.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business.

3 years experience in Property Tax or similar role.

Hours:

Full Time - 40 hours per week

Hybrid - 3 days onsite

Monday - Friday
