Located in Mayfair, London, this stunning restaurant produces exceptional food rooted in simplicity with British produce at the core. Service includes lunch and dinner as well as an all day dining menu.

As the Chef de Partie, you will be
* Working all sections of the kitchen
* Involved in service
* A team player who is able to work as part of a team of 9 chefs
* Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard

Working hours will include earlies, lates and all day shifts - total of approx. 48 hours.

You, as our ideal candidate, would be
* at Demi Chef or Chef de Partie level with a minimum of 2 years' experience within a professional kitchen
* experienced at cooking fine dining food either within a hotel or restaurant or similar environment
* genuinely passionate about food and ingredients
* a team player with the ability to use your initiative
* able to demonstrate good knife skills with an eye for detail and presentation
* keen to learn and develop their talent taking instruction and guidance on board
* flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
