Supervising classes during teacher's absences.
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain focused.
Assisting students with their learning and addressing any questions.
Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of education.Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
Enthusiasm for working with young people.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not required.
