Position: Assembly Operative

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: £28,500 - £29,500

Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assembly Operative to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Aylesbury.

Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Assembly Operative to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.

You will be responsible for:

The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
A meticulous approach to fitting and assembly work, ensuring high standards of precision.
Carrying out fitting and assembly work as directed by the Team Leader.
Adhering to working instructions provided by engineers, project managers, and supervisors.
Ensuring strict compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and protocols.
Participating in quality control processes to maintain the highest standard of products.
Contributing to continuous improvement projects, offering valuable insights and ideas.
Working diligently to maintain a high standard of manufacturing output.
Carry out production duties as directed by Production SupervisionPrevious Experience:

Will have a solid Mechanical Engineering background.
Must be able to interpret 3rd angle projection drawings
