Carrington West are assisting their client in their search for an experience Ecologist on a full-time, permanent basis.

We have an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary property consultancy. You will be working in a collaborative manner with both their Planning and Rural teams whilst managing your own case load.

You will need:
·To be MCIEEM qualified.
·Have a minimum of 3 years' experience.
·Existing knowledge on Natural England Biodiversity Metric 4.0
·Self-motivated with a positive attitude
·Can work well within a team.

Key responsibilities:
·Undertake ecological surveys and prepare associated reports.
·Advise teams on ecological legislation, guidance, and policy.
·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ecological legislation, and advise project teams.

Benefits:
·Pension up to 3%
·28 days annual leave, increasing with length of service.
·Company events.
·Day off on your Birthday.

The salary is negotiable and can be discussed in an interview or upon application.
