Our client is currently seeking compassionate individuals for the role of Support Worker, based in Residential Children Homes.
This role is pivotal in providing care and support to children and young people with behaviours that challenge, including those diagnosed with Autism and Learning Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Cultivate trust and foster nurturing relationships to enhance service users' independence, wellbeing, and abilities.
- Collaborate with parents/carers and professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Participate in maintaining the home environment, including cooking and cleaning.
- Accurately document information and maintain up-to-date records.
- Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure a secure environment for all.

The Ideal Candidate for this Support Worker position, will need to:
- Possesses or is willing to work towards the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Driven by the desire to make a substantial positive impact on young lives.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of safeguarding and protection for vulnerable children and young people.
- Flexible to accommodate sleep-ins, shift work, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Experience with children and young people is favoured, yet a keen attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
