Key Responsibilities for this Electro Mechanical Assembler:

Perform pre-delivery inspections on new coffee machines to prepare them for installation.

Efficiently service, repair, and overhaul traditional and automatic coffee machines to meet our high-quality standards.

Support general workshop and warehouse tasks as required.

Report any faults or issues identified during inspections with precision and accuracy.

Requirements for this Electro Mechanical Assembler:

Competent in safe electrical work and basic plumbing.

Skilled in fault finding, diagnostics, and pressure boiler inspections.

Proficient in disassembling, cleaning, assessing, and reassembling coffee machines, followed by comprehensive testing.

Conduct detailed Pre-Delivery Inspections to ensure equipment safety and reliability.

Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.

Essential Skills for this Electro Mechanical Assembler:

Strong foundation in electrical and mechanical work.

Experience working with plumbing systems.

Expertise in PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), fault diagnosis, and repairs.

Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics.

Familiarity with components such as relays, sensors, valves, and CPUs.

Proficient in using diagnostic tools like a multimeter.

Starting salary: Up to £26,000 DOE

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (40-hour week) with a 1-hour lunch break. Overtime available at 1.5x rate.
