Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist with employee benefits administration and inquiries.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.Profile
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR assistant role.
Strong understanding of the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Job Offer
