BRIEF

LEGGWORK are looking for a Carpenter to join a refurbishment project of a listed commerical building in Bath. We are looking for a Candidate with a large amount of experience and knowledge in 1st and 2nd fix. The successful candidate should be ready to start 07/10 and is estimated to be ongoing. A CSCS card is not essential and the candidate should have their own tools.

WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME?

To utilise your knowledge and skills in completing all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry
Be able to assist other Tradespeople with carpentry skills if necessary
Reliable, hard-working, and good attitude

WHAT WILL I NEED?

2 Recent Work references
Up-to-date work history
3 years of experience completing 1st and 2nd fix alongside experience working on similar refurbishment projects.
Reliable plan to commute to work
