12-month FTC- Maternity Cover

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our client’s marketing team on a 12-month FTC.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution throughout each project

Manage SEO strategies and website updates to maximise online visibility

Develop fresh ideas and content for a variety of platforms, including the company website, case studies, PR materials, and newsletters

Analyse and track campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for future marketing activities

Coordinate and create presentations for both internal and external stakeholders

Plan and oversee media buying for the UK, Ireland, and international markets, ensuring creative development of effective campaigns

Oversee the launch of new products and brochures, contributing to creative copywriting, design, and coordination with external providers

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating deals to maximise value

Propose and manage budgets for marketing activities

Lead and mentor the marketing team, including recruitment, goal setting, performance reviews, and progress meetings

The successful candidate for this role will have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with Photoshop and InDesign

Excellent communication and copywriting skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Meticulous attention to detail

Positive, adaptable mindset

Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Creative problem-solving skills
