What You'll Be Doing:

Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Stay on top of routine maintenance and respond quickly to any issues, keeping everyone informed and happy.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets our high standards.
Hands-On Repairs: From minor fixes to more complex tasks, you'll handle a wide range of maintenance jobs.
Energy Ambassador: Promote energy-saving practices and recycling to students and staff.
Crisis Management: Be ready to assist in any emergency, ensuring swift and effective action.

Who We're Looking For:

Competent & Independent: You can work with minimal supervision, making informed decisions on the spot.
Communicative: Liaise effectively with a range of contacts, from suppliers to students.
Proactive: Spot and fix issues before they become problems, always staying ahead of the game.
Detail-Oriented: Keep meticulous records and ensure compliance with all property protocols.
