Town Planner

Location: Hampshire

Join a dynamic and busy Planning Department as a Planner, working on projects ranging from bespoke houses to large residential-led developments. This hands-on role will see you through the entire planning process, from site inception to securing permissions and beyond.

What you'll be doing:

Compile, manage, and submit planning applications, conditions, and appeals.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and local authorities.
Represent at Planning Committees and public consultations.
Maintain up-to-date records on local planning policies and handle research for planning submissions.
Manage external consultants and contribute to future land promotion projects.Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of planning experience, ideally in Hampshire.
Strong knowledge of the planning process, local regulations, and experience addressing public forums.Benefits:
