Brook Street are seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Administrator to provide essential administrative support in a busy office environment. This is a temporary role for 3 months, working 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Photocopying: Handle daily photocopying tasks to support various departments.
Organising Rooms with IT Equipment: Ensure meeting and training rooms are set up with necessary IT equipment.
Answering Telephone Queries & Taking Messages: Professionally manage incoming calls, answering general queries or directing messages as needed.
Use of Scanner: Efficiently scan documents and organise them in digital formats.
Compiling New Starter Paperwork: Assist in preparing and organising paperwork for new employees.
Preparing Paperwork for Trainers: Prepare and distribute materials required for training sessions.Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is advantageous
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using office equipment such as scanners, photocopiers, and telephones
Attention to detail in preparing and handling paperwork
