The Role – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting young boys aged 5 – 19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, equipping pupils with important life skills to succeed. You will be working with challenging behaviour; therefore, previous mentoring experience is crucial. Also, coaching experience within a sports background is welcome.
