Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Southend

Remuneration: Up to £27,000 per annum

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (Working Pattern: Mon-Fri)

🌟 Looking for a dynamic Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's team! 🌟

Responsibilities:

Support the Manager in coordinating daily job planning for the Delivery Department.
Ensure efficient utilisation of Engineers by scheduling the most suitable teams based on skills, location, and certification.
Schedule jobs well in advance, allowing sufficient time for coordinators and engineers to plan and book.
Collaborate with the technical sales and key account teams to prioritise and book works within appropriate time frames.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance jobs, including producing Compliance Reports and Certificates.
Act as the point of contact between the sales team and the client, understanding and managing all service delivery requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors and raise purchase orders as necessary.
Confirm works, prepare job requirements, and communicate with clients regarding service delivery.
Ensure permits are in place and act as a contact point for Compliance Technicians/Surveyors.
Manage schedules, asset management, and liaise with sub-contractors.
Monitor resource allocation and resolve service delivery-related problems.PROFILE:

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding role.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and computer literate.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Assertive yet professional approach, able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
