Head of Customer Success required by a thriving technology business who continue to grow exponentially. In this role, you would be able to build your own global customer success team as well as implement best customer success strategies throughout the organisation.

My client builds systems and software for the travel industry and are trusted by a large number of household name companies. As Head of Customer Success you will join a fantastic company who have amazing amounts of passion for their craft, and get to work with a global customer base. We are seeking an individual who has set up a customer success function in the past - so proven leadership qualities and a good grasp of strategy is a must-have. You'll be a customer champion and be involved in onboarding new customers and maintaining those long-term relationships.

Head of Customer Success requirements:

  • You've set up customer success functions/teams and strategies previously
  • You have proven leadership qualities and have hired/grown a team in the past
  • You have strong experience in a B2B SaaS/enterprise software environment based around complex technologies (it is important that you understand the product here)
  • You're customer and people focused, and an expert in rapport & relationship building
  • You're commercially focused
  • Travel industry tech would be a bonus
