Human Resources People Services Delivery Lead - Fixed Term Contract up to 15 Months

Location: Bootle

Salary: £30,199 - £35,625

Contract Length: 15 months

Our client is currently seeking two enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Human Resources People Services Delivery Leads on a Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing a professional and responsive HR service to our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage recruitment campaigns, overseeing the process from start to finish and ensuring adherence to established procedures
  • Conduct pre-employment checks for new recruits, ensuring legal compliance and assisting with onboarding processes
  • Support HR support staff in delivering HR and business requirements effectively and in a timely manner
  • Provide information and guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and line managers
  • Coordinate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for the HR Directorate on a quarterly/monthly basis
  • Prepare business cases related to recruitment activities and manage recruitment budget expenditure
  • Act as a HR notetaker during formal meetings and provide support on staff casework issues
  • Maintain and review HR records to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Oversee the ONR Induction pack and implement feedback questionnaires
  • Provide HR panel member support for internal and external interviews
  • Offer reactive support for various work activities across functions

Key Requirements:

  • CIPD (level 3 or above) qualification strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels
  • Proven ability to articulate key messages clearly and confidently
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrable experience in identifying process improvements and simplifying procedures
  • Previous HR experience in the public sector (desirable)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft tools (desirable)
