One of the UK's leading consultancies is looking to bring on a Planner for their nuclear/defence programmes of work at a world known site/project.
- Job Title - Planner
- Location - Reading
- Contract Length - 12 Months
- Pay Rates - Up To £60 Hour (Inside IR35)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a well experienced Planner to join the project at a pivotal point and have a direct impact on a highly secure project.
Day to day duties:
- Create, amend and maintenance of the project schedules for PTC Project FLOW portfolio namely Workforce Capability, Material Management and Asset/workstation Management programmes.
- Act as planning lead, supporting Project Managers and delivery teams in monitoring progress on a weekly basis, ensuring planned activities are updated and correctly reflect activities within the detailed schedules.
- Review supplier delivery and client schedules, interfacing with Facility Work Window Managers schedules in accordance with the agreed terms
- Lead on integrate planning with stakeholders, including but not limited to delivery partner(s), PTC Programme Office and the wider client .
- Monitor impacts and maintain schedules during impending of the Facility Possession period and other 'Outages'.
Required Skills:
- Experience in project planning and scheduling in a highly regulated industry such as nuclear/defence
- Active clearances
- Primavera P6 - ESSENTIAL
