PMO Lead - Rednal - Permanent

Onsite upto 3 days per week - Hybrid working

Salary up to £50,000

PMO Lead required for a leading client based in in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a PMO Lead to come on board to Lead a comprehensive project focused on implementing a full-scale stock solution across the client's operations. This solution will integrate menu planning, purchasing, stock control, and waste tracking, organized into three primary workstreams: Systems, Processes, and Data.

The PMO Lead will be responsible for overseeing project governance, ensuring adherence to timelines, managing the budget, and facilitating clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.

  • PMO Lead experience
  • Experience of Managing PMO Analysts
  • Project Governance
  • Supervise the three main workstreams: System, Processes, and Data.
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment of workstream activities with overarching project objectives.
  • Promote communication and collaboration among workstream leads, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and dependencies.
  • Identify and allocate project resources, optimizing utilization and capacity planning.
  • Address resource conflicts and prioritize tasks to ensure critical activities receive proper support.
  • Assist in the development and training of project team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders to promote efficient teamwork and resolve issues.
  • Organize regular stakeholder meetings, ensuring transparent communication of project progress, risks, and challenges.
  • Oversee stakeholder expectations to ensure they align with project goals and objectives.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex, multi-workstream project environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading intricate projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Skilled in using project management tools and software (eg, MS Project, Jira, Trello)
  • Resource Management
  • Risk Management experience
