Our hospital is calling for Cardio Techs in Anchorage, Alaska. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
The Cardiovascular Technologist assists cardiovascular Physicians in performing and completing invasive, interventional and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures in Labs using a variety of complicated/advanced equipment, monitors, devices, and supplies. Knowledgeable in Vascular, Cardiac, and Pediatric Procedural practice, Neuro interventional procedures, as well as emergent techniques/protocol. Assists in Quality Control checks/Quality Improvement Program. CVS patients served range from neonates to senior citizens.

Must haves:
H.S. Diploma or GED and Must have 3 years of direct work experience in Cardiovascular, and/or Interventional Radiological procedures as a Cardiovascular Technologist
National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred:
Associate's degree from an accredited school with supervised clinical experience in invasive Cardiovascular, and/or Interventional Radiological procedures
Previous Special Procedures/Cath Lab Cardiovascular Technologist experience
