We are looking for a driven and highly motivated Growth Driver to join our team. This role will focus on cold calling and prospecting, making over 500 calls per month to engage with potential leads and build relationships that generate new business opportunities. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for introducing offerings to potential clients, qualifying leads, and driving conversations that result in growth. This is a remote position with strong earning potential through a base salary and commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 500+ outbound cold calls per month to potential leads.

Qualify prospects, gather information, and schedule follow-up meetings.

Utilize Mojo (sales software) to manage and track call activities.

Maintain detailed notes and follow-ups using our CRM system (Kajabi preferred but not required).

Report daily and weekly progress to the team leader.

Assist with occasional social media and email marketing efforts as needed.

Requirements:

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in cold calling or outbound sales.

Proven track record of building strong relationships and generating leads.

Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Mojo or similar sales tools is a plus.

Experience with Google systems (Gmail, Docs, Calendar) preferred.

High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred.

No phone calls or third parties. Candidates must be United States citizens or legal permanent residents. Proof of legal residence and work authorization in the United States is required.
