We are the world's leading manufacturer of rotorcraft turbines and the only one dedicated exclusively to this market. Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components.

Our experienced teams partner with our broad, global customer base, providing both technical expertise and broader support in both the fixed wing and rotary wing markets.

What will I be doing?

The purpose of the CNC Turner role is to set and operate CNC and Manual Turning machines and equipment within the section.
Produce parts to the required drawing and specification in line with SHE UK standards, processes and accreditation's.
Work within the company procedures to deliver an on time, cost efficient, quality product.
Using standardised processes, programs, established tooling and fixtures, set and operate CNC Turning machines (specifically HI-CELL 23 & SUPER HICELL 250 5 axis work centre using Fanuc controls)Located in Fareham on the South Coast of the UK, we've been a leader in the aerospace market for over 80 years, with a reputation for putting our customers first. Supporting both the civil and military markets, our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the Group.

Ensure that products meet the requirements of customers, quality standards and airworthiness authorities by manufacturing parts to drawings, documentation, routings and required standards as defined using a variety of production/inspection methods and equipment during the manufacturing life cycle
Work in accordance with HSE legislation, the Company Operating Systems, policies and procedures.
Demonstrate the Company Values & Behaviours.
Ensure documentation / routings are completed accurately and processed correctly in a timely manner.
Play an active part within the team and contribute to the business objectives and continuous improvement philosophies and opportunities.
Adherence to SQCDPI quality requirements and improvements
