About the Role:
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting a child with SEN on a one-to-one basis. You’ll work closely with class teachers and other staff to ensure the child you support can thrive both academically and socially. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, and your ability to adapt and respond to each child’s unique needs will be key to their success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Ideally, you have previous experience working with children with SEN, though we welcome candidates with a strong passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.
- Patience and Adaptability: You’ll need to be calm, patient, and adaptable to meet the varying needs of the child you support.
- Enhanced DBS: An enhanced DBS check is required. If you don’t have one, we can assist you with the application process.
