We are seeking a permanent Assistant Site Engineer or Graduate Site Engineer to join the team, the company is a well established civil engineering contractor with offices in the region and long history of civil engineering civils and earthworks \ remediation projects.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Site Engineer or Graduate Site Engineer who is either working towards or has already completed their HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). The successful candidate will support the engineering team in delivering a variety of civil engineering projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in setting out and surveying on civil engineering sites.

* Support the monitoring of health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.

* Assist in managing quality control procedures and record-keeping.

* Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.

* Help maintain and update site documentation, including drawings and schedules.

* Contribute to problem-solving and innovation on projects.

Requirements:

* Working towards or completed an HNC in Civil Engineering (or higher HND, Degree qualification).

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

* Basic knowledge of construction processes and health and safety regulations.

* Eager to learn and develop within the civil engineering sector.

* Full UK driving licence is desirable.
