This position is for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor who will be a vital part of ensuring excellent customer service while handling property-related inquiries.
Hybrid or remote working would be considered if you already have experience in the energy industry

Description
Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer inquiries, both by phone and electronically.
Respond promptly, professionally, and efficiently to all customer queries.
Log and resolve customer complaints with care and attention.
Gather and assess relevant information to address product and service inquiries effectively.
Organise workflow to meet service level agreements and deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and concerns.
Manage customer accounts, including allocation and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Promote the company's mission, aims, and ethos proactively.
Participate in marketing plans and activities as required.
Assist with other related tasks as assigned by your Manager.Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong numeracy skills for handling billing and financial information
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Training will be provided for the customer service role within the heat billing department.Job Offer

Annual leave: 25 days plus 8 Bank Holidays
