Package:
Competitive salary up to £38,000pa DOE.
Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for UK and international customers.
Raise and process customer orders, provide quotes for products, and follow up with clients to convert these into sales.
Coordinate the delivery process from dispatch to arrival, ensuring customers are kept informed about lead times.
Manage inventory levels and work with the logistics team to restock items where necessary.
Produce import and export shipping documentation for international customers.
Assist with all customer queries and complaints and ensure customer satisfaction is met. Liaise with warehousing and logistics partners to ensure prompt delivery.

The Person:
Previous customer service experience in a B2B setting.
Proficient IT skills, with strengths in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
International export shipping experience is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
