Job Title: Shift Maintenance Engineer
Location: [Hanley, Stoke on Trent]
Salary: £44,000 - £70,000 + Pension + Bonus + Overtime
Shift Pattern: 4 week rotation (Days, Noons, Nights, Weekend)

This is a hands-on position working across various electrical systems including overhead cranes, motors, 230V, and 400V circuits. You will play a crucial role in keeping our operation running smoothly by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving electrical issues quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:
* Electrical installation and modification work.
* Fault finding and repairs on electrical panels.
* Troubleshooting and working on 400V AC and 24V DC control systems.
* Diagnosing and repairing 400V motors.
* Working with overhead cranes and handling motor replacements.
* Reading and interpreting electrical drawings.
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications in a Maintenance Engineer:
* Must have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or higher.
* Ideally have completed a full electrical apprenticeship.
* Proficient in reading electrical drawings.
* Strong ability to fault find on 400V AC systems and 24V DC controls.
* Experience with 400V motors.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills (Training Provided If Needed):
* Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) fault finding and programming.
* PLC fault finding and diagnostics.
* HV switching certification.
