Learning Support Assistant - Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

Location: Ashford

Information:

Full-time role, Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 3.30 each day.

Pay rate is £83 per day

Pupil's age ranges between 3 to 19 years old

Supporting children with PMLD - Profound and moderate learning difficulties - multiple barriers to learning such as communication, cognition, sensory (vision & hearing) and physical.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to students with PMLD, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Have the right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to get a new one (£46 and we oay back the £46 once you have worked 20 days for us)
Experience working with students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
Understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by students with PMLD.
Compassionate and patient attitude with a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
