We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor with exceptional classroom and behavior management skills to join our vibrant school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of teachers, ensuring a positive learning environment is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage classroom behavior and ensure students remain on task with pre-set work.

* Provide support to students in their learning, maintaining high standards of engagement.

* Follow school policies, including safeguarding and health and safety protocols.

* Collaborate with teaching staff and other supervisors to maintain a productive and safe learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

* Strong classroom management and behavior management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and adapt to a range of subjects.

* Previous experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
